McLean – My Name (Official Video)
Once again McLean has impressed with another high quality video. His last single Broken was an under-rated song and it didnt do as well as it should have in the charts. I really hope this one gets enough exposure and he continues to do great things for UK urban music.
I would love to see McLean collaborate with some more artist, he has two ‘My Name’ remixes with Scorcher and Boy Better Know, listen to them on my previous post. To become huge in UK as an R&B act, you need a great voice, sex apeal and the ability to rock the dancefloor. Just look at JLS doing back flips and Alexandra Burke with her dancing, American football team. Simon Cowell has transformed these acts into chart smashing Pop Idols. My opinion is they can easily be forgotten when the next idols comes along. That isn’t McLean image but I feel he is more talented that both of them acts. Lets see if the public realise his potential!
